We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Executive to join our schools administrative team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
Assist with student enrollment and registration processes
Manage school correspondence, including emails and letters
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
Handle student inquiries and provide information about school programs and services
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
